Billing & Payments
When is my water bill due?
Water bills are due by the 25th of each month.
What happens if my bill is late?
A $5 late fee will be added to accounts with unpaid balances beginning on the 26th of each month. Accounts that remain delinquent may be subject to additional notices, fees, or service interruption.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online payments, mailed payments, and cash or check payments in the office. Credit cards are not accepted in the office at this time.
Can I set up automatic payments?
Yes. Automatic payments can be set up through our website. Please note that you will choose a fixed recurring payment amount, and the payment will not automatically adjust based on your monthly bill balance.
Starting or Stopping Service
How do I start new water service?
Please contact the office to complete a service application and provide any required documentation or deposits.
How long does it take to start service?
Service connection times vary depending on location, weather, and staffing, but most requests are processed as quickly as possible during business hours.
How do I stop service or request a final bill?
Contact the office with your requested shut off date and forwarding address for your final bill.
Water Service & Emergencies
What should I do if I have no water?
First, check if neighboring properties are also affected. Then check for posted notices or maintenance updates. If the issue appears isolated to your property, contact the district office.
How do I report a water leak?
Please call the office as soon as possible if you notice running water, broken lines, or unusual wet areas near roads or meters.
What counts as a water emergency?
Major leaks, broken water lines, loss of service, or water quality concerns may be considered emergencies. After hours emergency contact information is available on our Contact page.
Why does my water sometimes look cloudy?
Cloudy water is often caused by tiny air bubbles and usually clears within a few minutes. If discoloration or odor continues, contact the office.
