Cheyenne Reid grew up in Dutch John, Utah, and joined Upper Country Water Improvement District in February 2026. Before coming to UCW, she worked in education and community leadership roles across Utah. Her background includes office management, budgeting, public communication, and working with local communities and agencies. At Upper Country Water, she helps with the day to day operations of the district, including customer service, billing, board coordination, and district communication. She enjoys working with the community and helping keep things running smoothly.
