The Annual Budget Hearing for Duchesne County Upper Country Water Improvement District will be held on Thursday, November 20th, at 7:00 p.m. at the District Office, 4132 N 15675 W, Altamont, Utah, for the purpose of presenting and adopting the proposed budget for 2026. All interested parties are encouraged to attend. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals requiring special accommodations during this hearing should notify Chasity McKinnon at the above address or by calling the Upper Country Water office at (435)454-3513 at least three days in advance of the hearing.
